About this house rental
Escape to this charming stone house in the heart of the South of France, in one of the sunniest regions, where privacy and comfort await you. Dating from 2006, this residence offers a private space exclusively for you, away from any intrusion, with an idyllic patio terrace featuring a heated swimming pool, sun loungers for relaxation and tables for al fresco dining.
This retreat is entirely at your disposal, offering total privacy. You will be the only residents of this magnificent property, ensuring absolute tranquillity. The lower part of the house, which you can see in detail in the photos, offers you a comfortable space.
On the ground floor, you'll find a vast 35 m² kitchen-living area and a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. The bedroom is accompanied by a spacious en-suite shower room, equipped with a generous walk-in shower (125 x 170 cm), washbasin and WC.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, hob, conventional oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher, as well as coffee machines for your convenience.
The living room has a 100cm flat-screen TV and the house has high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre).
Upstairs, a large bedroom with twin beds (90 x 200 each, making a total of 180 x 200) and a smaller bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed are complemented by a second shower room with washbasin and WC. A cot and high chair are also available for families travelling with young children.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, with the possibility of adding a baby.

Away from the crowds and traffic jams, this region is full of picturesque villages, five of which are listed among the "most beautiful villages in France". You can enjoy hiking, tree climbing and various water sports such as canoeing in the nearby rivers.
You'll find yourself in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône wine region, where local winemakers will open their doors to you to discover their exciting products. In the local restaurants, you can sample the authentic delights of the terroir. We'll send you our 'good tips' before you go on holiday.
After days exploring or relaxing on the property, you can recharge your batteries in the heated swimming pool, with a counter-current swim for the more sporty, and a large sunbathing area for relaxing and for the little ones.
This property offers a warm, authentic atmosphere, surrounded by houses where the local inhabitants live, offering total immersion in the local culture.
The patio and swimming pool are areas reserved exclusively for your use.
The pool, measuring 4 metres by 4 metres, is fully fenced to ensure the safety of you and your children. A roller shutter keeps the water warm at night, allowing you to take full advantage of the heated pool from May to September.
To avoid summer traffic jams, bookings are only available from Sunday to Sunday in July and August, offering a valuable advantage for a peaceful arrival and departure. Outside these periods, bookings can be made for a minimum of 6 days, with flexible arrangements such as Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Sunday. Please contact us to explore other possibilities.

Well equipped and nice place to stay. The house and pool are very clean. Nice locaties for the Gard and Ardeche area. Near a little villages with a small shop with nice croissants and baguettes:-). Highly recommended!
