South Ardèche, located near the village of Joyeuse, beautiful villa on one level with a terrace of 120 m2, 1 gas griddle and pool 7.30 x 3.75 on plot of 1700 m2 in very quiet and soothing environment.
House of 100 m2 including a living room of 53 m2 with lounge (recent LED TV, WIFI) and kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), 2 bedrooms with bed 140 + 1 bedroom with bunk bed 140 + bed 90, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with Italian shower 2 people and 1 washing machine.
Optional cleaning at 100 € extra.
Nearby: swimming in the river (Labeaume and Chassezac), Old Joyeuse walkable, Wednesday morning market and night market on Sunday evening, walks, canoe rentals and just 20 minutes from the gorges of the Ardeche. * Attention city tax is 1 € / night / person over 18 * to be paid when booking on the site.

The house itself, the owners, Loulou the cat, the chickens, the bright stars at night and ofcourse the beautiful garden and swimming pool...we loved everything! And were even a petit heartbroken when we had to go after two lovely weeks. Don't miss the mosquitos though... :)

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La maison était tout simplement parfaite. Tout était là ce dont vous avez besoin. Et aussi très important : très propre
La piscine est super, le jardin est très joliment décoré avec plus qu'assez de sièges pour se détendre.
Oeufs frais des poules tous les jours, la visite du chat, nous avons adoré.
Les propriétaires Laurent et Karine sont les gens les plus sympathiques. Vous pouvez les appeler à tout moment si vous avez une question. Ils donnent également une très bonne explication à l'arrivée.
Nos vacances étaient en un mot : super ! Mais beaucoup trop court... Nous devrons revenir à nouveau :)
Cette location de vacances est tout simplement la meilleure !

We can absolutely recommend this beautiful house.
The house is fully equipped with a nice clean swimming pool and lovely garden.
The hosts Karine and Laurent are very friendly and attentive.
The children really enjoyed the presence of LouLou the cat, the fish and the fresh eggs from the chickens.
Joyeuse is a nice town and the bakery is within walking distance. The Ardeche is a great area with many activities that are possible, such as Canyoing, Canoeing, Caves, picturesque towns and swimming in the river
