-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.(possibility of 2 extra beds in a charming independent chalet at the bottom of the garden with supplement of 10 € / sleeping

-Grand private and secure parking.
-Air conditioning / pellet stove for winter evenings
- at the exit of a typical village, 22 km of cycle track (between caveirac and Sommières) to discover the Vaunage (its manades, its olive trees, its vineyards, its market gardeners)
-bikes available on request
baby accessories available on request (cot / bath / high chair)
-outsides not to be missed between sea and mountain: Oppidum on the town / visit of Nîmes and its exceptional Roman monuments / Pont du Gard and its 2000 years of history / Aigues mortes / Arles / Camargue / Uzès / Anduze (pottery- bambouseraie-little train of the Cevennes) / less than an hour from Avignon and Montpellier.
tourist tax: 0. 50 € / person and per day to add to the total price + cleaning fee / maintenance 75 € (to be paid on the day of entry)

Super séjour d’une semaine dans cette charmante maison avec un jardin à couper de souffle !
A notre arrivée, les propriétaires ont pris le temps de nous conseiller sur que faire ou que voir dans la région. C’est un petit plus que nous avons fort apprécié ainsi que leur petite activité surprise très originale et qui nous a fait découvrir la région sous un autre œil.
Merci vraiment aux deux propriétaires qui étaient géniaux de nous avoir loué le temps d’une semaine un petit bout de paradis !
On reviendra !

Tres Agréable séjour à lou simbeu1, Kate et son époux David sont accueillants et de bons conseils. La décoration nous invite à découvrir les coutumes locales. Tout est fait pour que l on s y sente bien, au calme après avoir visiter les incontournables et nombreux sites touristiques. Merci à eux d être aussi passionnés par leur belle région. A bientôt au lou simbeu2.

Un très bel endroit avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre… dépaysement grâce au beau jardin… la villa ne manque de rien, on y dort très bien. Merci à Catherine et David, accueillants et disponibles 😊.
