Ideally located.Very peaceful. In the heart of Chianti hills,Near to Florence Siena San Gimignano Volterra.
A charming small apartment overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of the Chianti
The apartment has a bedroom with the possibility of adding a bed, three steps and a kitchen with table and chairs, a bathroom with box shower.
Private terrace with table and chairs where you can dine while admiring the sunset over the vineyards and olive groves while sipping a glass of Chianti wine.

This former farmhouse dating back to 1600, recently beautifully restored, is located in Noce, quait little town of Chianti. The area was recalled by Dante Alighieri in his Divine Comedy. Located in the heart of the Tuscany hills of Chianti, due to its location enjoys an excellent climate and healthy air in both summer and winter. Great wine and olive oil superb!
The furniture consists of original pieces chosen one by one from me around the Tuscan and colored notes handicraft Italian and international.
The swimming pool with a solarium area, has a splendid view over the valley and the Castle of Santa Maria Novella place just up the hill in front of and behind which the sun sets.
L'aia, the courtyard where once you beat the grain, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner thanks to the great barbecue where wood or coal to cook (or cook on request from my husband) grilled meat or vegetables to the Tuscan style
I can arrange on request Tuscan cooking classes, and then eat together.

"Nous avons passé une semaine magique en Toscane. La maison est vraiment très jolie et l''appartement que nous avons loué formisable avec sa petite terrasses privée, pleine de charme ! Seul petit point négatif : la cuisine et notamment le frigo qui est vraiment tout petit et sans compartiment congélateur ( dommage pour les amateurs de glace !). du coup on ne pouvait pas faire les courses pour la semaine et stocker ce qui n''est pas très pratique. Un ventilateur aurait été un plus aussi, car nous avons été en Toscane à une période très chaude.
Nous retenons que du positif de cette semaine en Toscane, et nous conseillerons l''adresse à nos proches et n''hésiterons pas à revenir !"

"Location très agréable,originale(plusieurs"recoins");Georgio et Susanna sont d''une grande gentillesse et de bon conseil.Tavarnelle, à 2kms,est une petite commune sympathique,avec toutes les commodités;situation idéale pour rayonner en Toscane;et,cerise sur le gâteau,la merveilleuse piscine!on aimerait y revenir.."

"Bon environnement et belle situation.
Propre et simple mais un photo un peu trompeuse quand à la grandeur du studio. Sinon très bien situé dans la Toscane entre Sienne et Florence.
Propriétaires peu avenant.
Un surplus de 30 euros pour le ménage (cher le ménage pour a peine 30m carré!) ce qui augmente le prix de la location/ un peu de tromperie sur le prix réel!...Un peu de déception"
