About this apartment rental
Discover this charming 2 rooms renovated in the city center. The apartment can accommodate four people and the room has a double bed 160x200cm (King Size).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator.
It is non-smoking, this is really important.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Great once we had Wi-Fi connection and were shown the knack of pulling the door knob while turning key to left to open the door Someone to meet us would have made it a perfect 10 out of 10

Apartmento muy bien situado, en pleno centro. Bien equipado, bien insonorizado, calefacción excelente. Buena limpieza.
El sofá cama es muy duro, sobre todo la parte de arrib, ya que el colchón es muuuuy fino. Para niños bien.
