The apartment was very nice and the concierge was excellent. The location was great for moving about Annecy by foot. The apartment was modern and in perfect condition - only one small flight of stairs. This would be a great family location. Parking was included (if there is a spot) and we used it for our last night after we picked up the car rental.
Our only challenge was checking in. We left the U.S. approximately 24 hours before check-in and the preferred method of check-in was What's app - we didn't know that and don't use that app. Fortunately, we went to the Visitor Center and were assisted by the most helpful person you could ask for - she called and got through to the concierge to arrange the key turnover. Finally, if you are staying more than one day, you may want to bring plenty of toiletries.

Superbe appartement, bien décoré avec de bons équipements. Un très bon accueil de Monsieur Oun. Même si pas de place attitrée, place facile à trouver aux alentours.
Il manque un « kit de démarrage ». Ex: liquide vaisselle, éponge neuve, café ou tisane (2-3 sachets).
Ce n’était pas très bien isolé mais heureusement ps beaucoup d’aller retour dans cet immeuble.

Appartement très spacieux et à la décoration agréable. Emplacement très proche du vieil Annecy.
Un seul jeu de clé pour 3 chambres, injustifiable.
Équipement de cuisine déséquilibré : de grands faitouts mais pas de casseroles...et 2 petites cuillères et 4 fourchettes pour 5.

appartement spacieux et bien décoré. accès simple à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville en 15 mn
la propreté par endroits est à améliorer ; joints de carrelage noirs, la vaisselle n’était pas complètement propre malgré la présence d’un lave vaisselle. une des couettes de lit sentait très mauvais.
