The place is very conveniently located, 3 min from the tram station, very very clean and the people were helpful.
The lift did not work, and we had to carry our heavy luggage up 2 floors.

Camera ampia, soleggiata, pulita e con terrazzo. Bagno piccolo ma pulito e perfettamente funzionante.
La proprietaria è una signora gentilissima e disponibilissima! Non ho foto da caricare perché ero lì per un concorso e andavo molto di fretta.
Era tutto ottimo, posso lamentarmi solo dell'ascensore che non funzionava ma non era certo colpa della proprietaria

The suite bedroom was squeaky clean, the hostess welcomed me and provided all the essential information at once, leaving me to organize my day as I wished, exactly what I needed.
This place is going to be my book-if-available choice every time I come to Florence!
It's a personal preference here, so I didn't bother the hostess requesting softer/lighter pillows (she might have them).
