Hotel grounds and reception area was good
Our room (number 100) was strangely set out

Room was cold, radiator and towel rail were set to 21 degrees C but did not come on, result was cold in bed! Bed linen smelt unpleasantly stale, although laundered. Room wallpsper was torn and stained, skirting boards beyond end of life.
