About this villa rental
Il Madonnino, a superb traditional Tuscan villa, boasts uninterrupted views of the Chianti olive groves and vineyards. Elegantly renovated in 2019, it accommodates up to 9 guests from Saturday to Saturday. The private outdoor space, situated within its own orchard of 125 olive trees, leads from the flower-filled courtyard and barn to the 12.5m swimming pool and sun terraces that embrace the panoramic valley views. These views are rivaled only by those from the first-floor terrace (32m²).

Inside: The accommodation is spread over two floors. The ground floor bedrooms are arranged around a spacious and welcoming entrance hall. These include a comfortable living room with an impressive fireplace, a peaceful study/library equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, three flexible double bedrooms (which can be configured with twin beds or a king-size bed), two bathrooms with double sinks, and a fully equipped laundry room with a hotel-style ice machine. The wide, arched staircase to the first-floor landing, with its unique chandelier, leads to the generously sized family kitchen with all modern appliances, a separate dining room, a fourth double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with double sinks. The bright kitchen and dining room open onto a sunny, furnished terrace (32 m²) with breathtaking views.
Outside:
The private garden offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, dining, and leisure. The flower-filled courtyard garden, featuring an original fountain created from an old watering trough, is situated between the main house and the barn, and includes an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and a shaded terrace for al fresco dining. The splendid 12.5-meter-long swimming pool and sun terraces with loungers and seating areas complete this exceptional outdoor space, perfect for soaking up the sun and admiring the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Extreemely nice property. Very well equipped. Everybody loved the pool. Meals on the balcony with the superb view were truly enjoyable. The only shortcoming for me was missing air conditioning in the bedrooms but it was possible to manage by opening windows and creating draft wind.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. We have rented many (nice) houses and this was truly one of our best experiences! The house is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. And the garden and pool absolutely amazing together with the terrace with the stunning view! The owners as well as the local contact person are all very nice and helpful and will do everything to make your stay the best as possible.
Lucolena is a small town with a nice bar for a coffee and some smaller grocery shopping. 2 kilometres away, in Dudda, there is an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinners nearby.
We can highly recommend this house - it’s an absolutely wonderful place!
