Lovely complex of 5 apartments with swimming pool, located roughly 2km from the town of Montaione. The property extends over 50 hectares and the site includes the 5 apartments, swimming pool, tennis court/soccer pitch and a beautiful lake. The apartments are all nicely laid out and recently refurnished; each unit has its own private outdoor space for cooking (barbecue) and dining al fresco.
This area is ideal for easily visiting San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa.
The 5 units have been formed from the restructuring of the main house “Padronale” and of 3 barns.
Each apartment is complete with its own private outdoor area, furnished for cooking (barbecue) and dining in the open air.
Distances: Montaione with a wide variety of shops - 2 km, Certaldo - 15 km, San Gimignano - 18 km, Castelfalfi Golf Club (18 holes) - 10 km, Volterra - 30 km, Florence (airport) - 50 km, Siena - 55 km, the Chianti Classico wine making area lies in a range of 40 – 65 km, Lucca - 65 km, Pisa (airport) - 70 km.
Available to guests: large garden with fenced swimming pool (14 x 8m; depth: 1.2m; open from 7:30 to 20:30) and baby pool beside the larger pool (8 x 5m; depth: 60cm; open from 7:30 to to 20:30), padel court, soccer pitch (artificial grass), small lake with picnic area for eating at the lakeside, bowling green. Internet connection (free WI-FI). Laundry room (washing machine for shared use).
