About this apartment rental
Four-rooms apartment of 85 sqm on the first floor with private furnished terrace in the garden. Two double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed (for 2 children up to 12 yo.), 2 armchairs and a closed gallery with a double bed, a kitchen (4 gas fires, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) with a living area with two armchairs, Sat Tv, two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning (portable element, to be booked prior arrival). Mosquitos screens. Wi-Fi connection at the reception only.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, Final cleaning, baby bed and high chair (to be booked prior arrival), Heating, Internet wi fi in the common areas.
Not included and to be paid on location:
Damage deposit € 150,
Tourism tax € 1.50/person/day max 6 days, free children under 14.
Air conditioning € 50/week- on request (advance booking required).

Borgo Collelungo is just Fab. We were 10 in total, 8 adults and 2 kids under 3. We arrived late due to flight delay but Mariella stayed late and gave us a warm welcome. As we arrived late on Saturday, the shops were closed and opened late on sunday so she organised a local shop to deliver us some breakfast. The property itself is wonderful. There are stone buildings dotted around with beautiful gardens and wonderful flowers. The apartments were wonderfully rustic with everything we needed. We had our own patio area with table and chairs to dine al fresco. It was very clean. Little pathways led to the pools, a kids pool and then a deeper one. There were lots of sun loungers and umbrellas and even a roofed area for shade. The views from the property were stunning as were the sunsets which we watched from the BBQ area. This area could be booked and it was fully equipped with plates utensils etc. Barbara gave us some delicious home grown tomatoes and there were herb pots for the residents to use. Mariella and Barbara were always on hand to help with local advice or clean towels or an iron. They hosted a steak night but unfortunately we had planned a day trip. There is a play area with swings, a slide and seesaw and a boules area and table tennis. The area is stunning with some lovely restaurants nearby. I cant say enough good things about our holiday. We will definitely try to return.
