Independent apt. with parking close to the entrance, among the hills of Imola Alta and part of a country house where the owners reside. Air conditioning and private swimming pool, with sunbeds and parasols.It is bang on the cycling tracks of the 2 World Championships and Giro d'Italia, 2.5km from the motor race-tack and 5km from the city center, Rocca Sforzesca, Theater and Int’l School of music, 10 km from the A14 exit. 2-3 km from 3 restaurants on the hills. Large,available for guests, garden. Satellite Wi-Fi, kitchen, BBQ, TV. Double bed and sofa bed. TOURIST TAX 1 € / day INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Space
The 42 sqm apartment has free access to the outside both from the living room and from the bedroom, both protected by a railing. The car can be parked outside and you have free access to the large garden, where you can jog along a defined path, or sit&loll down while contemplating hills and vineyards, as well as dive into the 15mtsx 5mts private swimming pool where hosts and guests only have access. If previously agreed, you can also use an indoor gym equipped with a treadmill, some weights and an elliptical
Access for guests
The apartment can be reached by own car or by taxi, from the train station as well. The use of a personal caR,motor or bike is necessary for autonomous travel. The entrance is on the same floor where you park (see photo). Yet, guests can access the large garden, except for the area attended by the owners
Interaction with guests
For any need I, Gabriele, will be available. If out of town, I'll be available by cellphone. When present, my wife, Marinella, is at full disposal
Neighborhood overview
The apartment is independent and part of a country villa located 200 meters above sea level, in the context of the Imola hills, where quality wines are produced; a farmhouse and two restaurants, where local products are served, are located between 2 and three km. on the hills. 3 supermarkets at 3, 4 and 5 km. All restaurants (including one with a double michelin star), pastry shops and excellent ice cream parlors are located downhill,downtown at 5 km or some. The motor race track is about 2 km away and the relevant Race Direction/Boxes at 3. Two horse-riding centers are at the same distances. Those who are equipped with their own bike or MTB, will be delighted by cycling up&down not only the 2020 roads cycling world championships, but interesting routes between hills and vineyards also. For anyone who loves hicking around the hills, routes of 5-10-15 km
Getting around the area
The apartment is located about 10 km from the motorway and 5 km from the free parking for the railway station from where trains leave every 30 minutes to Bologna station and every 30-40 minutes to Forli-Rimini-Ancona or Ravenna. The center of Faenza and the International Museum of Ceramics is 14 km away. The “Castel Guelfo-The Style Outlet” is 15 km away. The city of Imola has various parking lots near the city-center, mainly for a fee (EasyPark and Cicero Apps are available). Municipal Theater, with an ever-rich billboard, Vassura Baroncini International (Classic)Music School and its Concert Hall, the Rocca Sforzesca and all the other attractions or entertainment, sporting or not, are a maximum of 5-10 minutes far by car. For the urban transport system, infos will be provided upon request
