Very central to the hub of Utrecht

Stayed in room 4 which had its own outside entrance which was great
Spotlessly clean
Not a very busy street but the isolation was good enough to keep most of the noise out.

We had a wonderful stay at Daen's Greenhouse. Our room was on the upper most floor and included a cozy rooftop terrace right on the square. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms so thoughtfully appointed and clean and our hostess was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is superb. Great central hotel and the lady who welcomed us was so nice.
The room was quite upside down. Very narrow spiral staircase to get to the bathroom or make a drink.
Large steep stairs to the room, very narrow.
It was very noisy. We slept very little with loud noise until at least 3.30am-4am.
Then building works started right outside our room. One morning waking up to having a man looking right into our bathroom.
To make it worse they started working on the outside of our building at around 6.30am.
I would have liked to have been notified of all of this and then had the choice to change my booking.
Sadly I will not be going back.
