We arrived on bikes and there was good bike storage.
The location was central (and near to the old part of Utrecht).
We were recommended a very good pizza restaurant nearby by one of the staff.

Good location close to train station and amenities. Lovely shopping mall 5 minutes walk away.
Only down side with the location was.
Just behind Hotel was a dropping centre for drugs and alcohol.

Bathroom was okay
Location is really bad, the hotel is pretty much in a busy intersection and right next to the train station. Windows don't open, super noisy whether night or morning, couldn't find how to control the temperature, no room service or options to eat. There was no water in the room, breakfast had limited choices and at 1100 they removed the water as well. 3 stars at best.
