Close to Central Station. Comfortable, newly renovated. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.
Entrance and exit is a bit cumbersome between 00.00 and 06.00.

The location is really convenient, just across the road from the Central Station and the hotel entrance is on the ground floor of a big shopping centre. Very useful if the weather's bad and there are lots of food options, just outside the hotel. Very close to the historic Old Town too. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed and excellent value.
Nothing, it was a great choice, although it would be lovely to have a blanket, instead of a thick doona.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and modern rooms!
There could be a bit better lightning in front of the elevators and in the corridors. The rooms are bright snd light.

The room was clean, the bed comfy and the view was lovely.
My stay was overshadowed by several significant issues, beginning with a repulsive sewer odour emanating from the shower vent. The room’s lighting fixtures emitted a persistent clicking sound long after being switched off, which proved incredibly disruptive to my sleep. Furthermore, housekeeping services were poorly managed; staff ignored my "Do not disturb" sign to inquire about cleaning, yet failed to service the room when the "Please clean" sign was properly displayed.
