Booked for spa facilities but although there was a pool, sauna and steam room they did not feel like a luxurious experience. No towels, dressing gowns, slippers, staff, plants, niceties.
No complaints generally, just didn’t meet pre conceived expectations

Lovely location absolutely loved the swimming pool and sauna
Not a lot of places to dine in the evening nearby. There is a super local bar that does pub grub and there's a bakery where Id recommend you go for breakfast and/or lunch.

we had a bad expiriance with th manager of the hotel MR ENZO TIRAPU.
THE 2nd day we were there the door of the room did not open .They tried everything for almost 4 hours BUT COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR. we had to wait for the door to open .the next day it happened again .we tried to talk to the manage, one of the front desk workers adviced us to talk to the owner /managerMR ENZO TIRAPU but he refused to talk to us . last day he knew we wanted to speak to him but hid in the hotel running away from us . wwe think that his behaviour is un acceptable .He does not speek english or made himself not understanding what we want . We Are turists using booking all over the world . never had to face such a situation wwe think we are entitled to a copensation from the BRIT HONFLEUR HOTEL .We are not people that complain for no reason .We are in our 70 teesaand did not have a place to sit down and even wait as the little loby was used by the family and friend of the manager who came over to spend time ,while we had to wait untill they mannaged luckely to open the door so we could go in . THAT WAS A VERY VERY BAD EXPIRIANCE AND WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT .
