The house is set in the hills of Antequera-La Higuera and, thanks to its location, you will enjoy spectacular hill views that will take your breath away.
The single floor of the house welcomes a living area, with a fully equipped independent kitchen, a dining table with enough space for the whole family to enjoy their meals together, and a cosy living room with sofas, an armchair, TV and a fireplace.
The four bedrooms of this accommodation are equipped with comfortable beds; three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) also have a private bathroom, with either a shower or a bathtub. The guests that sleep in the fourth bedroom, furnished with two single beds, can use the fourth bathroom, provided with a shower.
The outdoor area is what stands out the most. You can enjoy the fantastic porch and eat "al fresco" while delighting in the fabulous vistas. The rest of the patio features a private pool, surrounded by a fence to ensure safety for families with young children, and comfortable sun loungers, ideal for reading a book or relaxing under the warm Andalusian sun.
The access lane to the house is narrow and with some slope, typical of the mountainous area where this holiday home is located.

Hochwertige Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Bergblick in der Nähe von El Torcal. Das Dorf Villanueva ist sehr gut mit einem sehr übersichtlichen Lebensmittelgeschäft und einer hochwertigen Tankstelle.

The house is exactly like what you see in the pictures. The view and the table with the grapes above the table are even better in real life. The swimmingpool is great and there is a poolbed available. The beds are a bit hard, but that's not a big deal. There is no airconditioning, but there is a fan in every room, which worked perfectly for us. Also, when it's the season, you should definitely try the fresh garden tomatoes, that turn red every day.
