The accommodations where impecable. The landscape was a dream. The staff was very polite and attendive. We loved it.

Great rooms. Amazing scenery. Architecture blends perfectly into the environment.
Good restaurant. Especially lunch menu is very tasty.
Truffle tasting is a must activity.
Breakfast should be significantly better at a hotel of this price / calibre.
The bar should also be better. There is no excuse for pre-mixed coctails at this level.
There could be more activities available to do at the hotel (or if there are, they should be better advertised).
While the restaurant was good, service staff / sommelier should have a better understanding of non-italian wine.
Not enough power sockets throughout the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Very high-end curated decor with a stunning view of the Langhe countryside. Rooms are spacious and luxurious with all the amenities needed. Staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and discrete. The restaurant offers a fine-dining experience with local dishes. Perfect for a romantic getaway.
