A truly fantastic stay. The hotel is wonderful, featuring brand-new, luxurious facilities and a very high standard of quality in every detail.
The Pros:
Room & Comfort: Beautifully designed and cozy. The bed is perfect, with a high-end mattress, premium linens, and a great pillow menu. The soundproofing is flawless.
Bathroom: Spacious and modern, including a very convenient towel heater.
Wellness & Leisure: The indoor and outdoor thermal pools are fantastic. The Spa area is perfect, offering Finnish, Turkish, and cold saunas, along with various high-quality relaxation rooms.
Fitness Center: Excellent, top-tier gym equipment.
Dining: The restaurant is marvelous with excellent food. Breakfast is also perfect and lives up to the hotel's high standards.
Value for Money: At 160 euros per night, it offers incredible value for such a luxury experience.
The Cons:
Service Speed: The only minor point was a slight delay in service at the bar/restaurant, as the waiter was covering both areas simultaneously. However, it was a very minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.

The place is clean, modern, staff helpful and well trained. We felt very comfortable. The spa is especially lovely. The room was spacious and the Aqua Di Parma toiletries added a great touch of luxury. The night use of pools was great!
The only thing I wish is that there was one pool with colder water for swimming. My skin was also affected by the hot water and I had to limit the stay in the pools to 20 mins twice a day as a result. I might have to stay in the future in one of the hotels that has one pool with colder water, very sadly.

Super clean, the room was huge, and the staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast had so many choices and the spa area was spacious and incredibly comfortable.
