The hotel is very centrally located. The staff was Excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was abundant, something for everybody. There’s a nice bar and outside area. I would stay there again!

I made a mistake with dates which I acknowledge as my fault. At first the staff at front desk were very helpful but as we entered our room that was organised we found out that the room had a lock on the Airconditioner and we could not stay in the room as it was so stuffy and hot. Upon stating this to the front desk staff we decided that we couldn’t stay. They told us to cancel the room which I did. I have been trying to communicate with both Agoda and hotel Victoria with no response. I am very disappointed with this lack of service and customer support. It’s funny how I keep getting emails to review the hotel and Agoda service but yet when I have reached out with numerous emails no one has replied from either. Unacceptable.
