Great location in the old city. A must for anyone into their bikes. Beautiful room overlooking the property's gardens. Spacious rooms, clean, great amenities. Close by to cafes and wine bars.
Couldn't use lift to first floor room.

Sehr nettes Personal! Sowohl bei der Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, als auch vor Ort in der Bar / Shop. Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt ist 1A! Im Bikeshop (befindet sich ebenfalls im Hotel), wird einem sofort geholfen und kleinere Reparaturen werden sofort gemacht - natürlich wenn es die Zeit gerade zulässt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern, einzig etwas hellhörig. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen :)!
Parkplatzsituation ist logischerweise durch die direkte Innenstadt Lage etwas schwieriger = es gibt aber in der Nähe überall öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten, welche alle zu Fuß machbar sind.

I do not usually post reviews, however feel compelled to do so in this case. BCH fell short of what we anticipated. We felt overall like an inconvenience to most staff (one superstar named Ben was a breath of fresh air; he was friendly, communicated well, helped us with our questions). All others seemed unhappy, distracted and disengaged. We cannot say we enjoyed our stay overall, despite great location, nice facilities and concept.
