About this cottage rental
This small detached house is a carefully restored old dovecote in a quiet and flowery little village. Located in a property including the owners' house and another gite for 4 people (ref: H43G006227), it opens onto a 15 m² terrace and a large enclosed common ground (5000 m²) with swings where everyone can find their privacy. A real little jewel of happiness and comfort.
Nearby: Retournac at 7 km (Museum of Manufactures des Dentelles, Romanesque church, swimming pool, fishing, banks of the Loire). ground floor : living room-kitchen (TV, Internet access), shower room, wc. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160).
Private covered parking, swings.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath.
All-inclusive prices including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied up, the bins and the dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the toilets must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasoned and reasonable consumption (8Kwh/day) - if overrun, it will be paid on site to the owners.
A deposit of 700€ by check must be given to the owners on your arrival.
Animal deposit: 100€.
Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted since a variant of the road to Saint Jacques de Compostela passes in front of the house (circuits provided on request).
