Very close to La Chaise-Dieu, for nature holidays, this house offers two adjoining gîtes. The large plot (1000 m²) and the shared covered terrace will offer you plenty of space and tranquility.
Nearby: La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, music festival, lake, etc.) 15 km away, Lavaudieu 'Most beautiful village in France' 18 km away. All shops and services in La Chaise-Dieu (15 km). Ground floor: living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, toilet.
Mezzanine converted into sleeping areas (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds, 1 child's bed).
Gas central heating at an additional cost depending on consumption (4.50€/m3). Wood provided extra: €50/stere.
Washing machine shared by the 2 gîtes.
Possible twinning with gîte n°H43G006375.
Children's games: swings, sandbox.
Baby equipment upon reservation: bathtub and high chair.
