About this cottage rental
In the Livradois Regional Natural Park, halfway between Le Puy-en-Velay and Brioude, nestled in a wooded, rural setting, the village of Jullianges is the ideal place for a nature-filled holiday.
The Gîte (holiday cottage) of Mr. and Mrs. Ferrand is located in Laignac, a hamlet set apart from the village and offering absolute tranquility. Although the cottage is attached to an outbuilding of the owners' house, your privacy will be preserved. You will also have a private, enclosed, and grassy courtyard, which will undoubtedly become a wonderful playground for your children.
Nearby: mountain biking and hiking trails on site, horse races and a tourist train 2.5 km away, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, music festival, etc.) 11 km away, Craponne-sur-Arzon 8 km away (all shops and services, country music festival). Ground floor: living room/kitchen (sofa bed, TV), shower room, toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds), toilet.
Carport available for your use.
Games available: table tennis, bicycles, board games. Wi-Fi internet access.
Central gas heating is available at an extra charge depending on the season: €80/week from December 1st to April 1st. Firewood is provided free of charge.
Baby equipment available upon request: cot, high chair.
Cleaning deposit: €55.
Services payable directly to the owners on site:
Cleaning service: €55 (mandatory for businesses, payment due on site)
Pet supplement: €50/pet/stay
Linen rental: €8/single bed, €10/double bed
