New: Pretty house of 100 m2 living space on 800 m2 of land in a very quiet and pleasant area in the heart of Auvergne. Is ideally placed for quick access to many tourist sites, A75 5 minutes from the house. capacity 4 to 6 people, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and large storage, walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave, washing machine in utility room. 400 E deposit refunded at the end of the stay. Optional household 100 E. Animals accepted under good condition: 40 E. Electricity 18 cents per kwh. These costs are to be paid to the owner during the stay.

Without hesitation, the host accepted our 3 dogs. We felt welcomed and safe straight away. The neighbourhood is lovely. The little village is calm, remote and a hide-way. It is a perfect place for walks and short trips. Culture and history is everywhere. We spent 6 weeks in Charbonnier-les-Mines and can only recommend the well-kept house. Many thanks to Cecilie and her father for their hospitality and constant care during our stay.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, maison très bien agencée et aménagée.
Maison a proximité des rivières et des volcans pour d'excellente balades.

Jolie maison dans lotissement calme, champs tout autour pour la balade.
Petit hic, le GPS ne connaît pas l'adresse. Totalement conforme aux photos.
