About this apartment rental
Our property is located at the exit of the village. We have arranged independent accommodation to receive you.
It consists of a living room with a convertible sofa, a fitted kitchen area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a desk (folding bed, changing table, booster seat available), a family room with a 140 cm bed. and a 90 cm bed with a supplement, a bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and double sink and a toilet.
Exterior:
You also have a terrace with barbecue, access to our swimming pool and a private parking space.
You can enjoy on sunny days our swimming pool, barbecue and garden loungers.
In front of our accommodation, we have a tennis, football, basketball and pétanque court and a play area for the little ones.
Town:
Chauriat is an old fortified wine-growing village. We have a pond reserved for fishing and very nice parks and green spaces.
The area is very quiet, enhanced by the sounds of nature.
In the village we have a bakery, a pizzeria bar, a gourmet restaurant, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a doctor and nurses.
We have a fresh market every Wednesday and every Monday, in Billom (8 minutes) a large typical market.
The nearest shopping center is 8 minutes away.

Les lieux sont propres et agréables, la piece à vivre reste sombre et très petite surtout si elle est prévue pour accueillir 6 personnes... et la dépendance n’est pas vraiment adaptée pour des tous petits....
Je passerais sous silence les travaux que nous avons subis pendant tout notre séjour et la journée porte ouverte de l’atelier de poterie.
Bref n’espérez pas recevoir du monde car c’est interdit 🚫

Propriétaires charmants, maison et piscine très propres, bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, et un plus avec le chien, très bien élevé, et très joueur, vrai mascotte de la maison.
Très beau jardin dans un environnement très calme.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, logement bien situé pour visiter le puy dôme & vulcania.. superbe piscine, pour se reposer l apres midi et aucun risque avec un bébé elle est bien sécurisée, et ne pas oublier une très bonne literie.
