El apartamento es estupendo, muy bien ubicado y la anfitriona encantadora y muy amable.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y acogedoras. La calefacción funciona genial, cuando llegamos la casa estaba calentita y fue muy de agradecer. La cocina tenía lo suficiente para apañarnos y los dos baños funcionaban bien, si te todo cuando vas con grupos grandes. Tenía muchos detalles para familias, como trona, reductor para el WC, lápices para los niños... Y un salón amplio. Una cafetera XXL sería genial, nos encantó el café de allí.
La única pega que puedo poner son las escaleras, pero como en todos los apartamentos del centro de Venecia, ya que la mayoría no pueden tener ascensor. Es verdad que lo avisan en la descripción del apartamento y está muy claro. Para nosotros (en torno a los 50 años) no fue problema subirlas, ni tampoco subir las maletas porque sólo las subes una vez. Pero íbamos con una persona mayor (más de 70 años) y para ella sí que fue un reto, porque son escalones altos y estrechos y son muchos. No lo recomiendo para personas mayores pero sí lo recomiendo para cualquier otro caso porque está genial en cuanto a instalaciones, atención y sitio.

On a adoré l ´ emplacement, l appartement aussi très agréable , très jolie et très spacieux et Federica une hôtesse très très sympathique que j ai beaucoup apprécié.
Les petits points négatifs les escaliers et les pommeaux de douche sans pression dans les salles de bains.

The location was great and the rooms were good sized.
I didn’t like that the listing says AC but the AC is only in the bedrooms, not in the living spaces. I didn’t like the dirty floors- a lot of dirt and specs kept sticking to our feet. I didn’t like the sloping floors - sitting at one end of the dining table was a bit tippy. One bed had a mattress that was too narrow for the frame, creating a gap of about 5 inches. The deadbolt was attached to a broken door frame so was unusable. The toilet seat in the second bathroom was broken.
