Location, light, spacious and attractive
The kitchen was not well equipped (no decent cutting knife for example) and there was no rack or convenient way to dry clothes.

Bright sunny, lots of windows. Clean and everything works perfectly. Near streetcar stop. Across the street from market and bakery. Good sidewalk restaurants directly below the apartment.
Can be noisy at night.
