Two separate bedrooms with wardrobes and 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm (partly as a double bed) and a living area with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm offer comfortable space for 6 persons.
The living room is equipped with a dining table for 6 persons for a comfortable stay. Here you will also find the stereo system with I-Pod connection and the flat screen TV.

The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hob, grill oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher, water cooker, coffee machine and toaster and separate from the living room.
The spacious full bath and good ventilation offers a bathtub with glass shower enclosure, generous storage areas, WC and wash basin.

The apartment is located in a very beautiful, monumentally renovated Gründerzeithaus. Public parking is available 24 hours a day, free of charge.

On the other hand, it is very quiet with a beautiful view of the Leipzig Gründerzeitarchitektur and offers good possibilities for recreation after exciting city visits on the Elsterufer or in the nearby parks.

positiv: sauber, gute Lage mit Tram-Anbindung, Palmgarten in Laufnähe, gut eingerichtet, zeitliche Verfügbarkeit wurde eingehalten, problemlose/schnelle Schlüsselübergabe per Box.
negativ: leider keine Verdunklungsgardinen vorhanden, daher im Sommer bei Sonnenaufgang taghell in der Wohnung.

Schönes, ruhiges Objekt. Leipzig Zentrum lässt sich gut erreichen - auch zu Fuss mit etwas Zeit. Restaurants finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Gerne wieder.

Es war ein gemütliches Appartement in günstiger Lage mit Tram vor der Tür. Es fehlte eine Bratpfanne und Toilettenpapier. Das Papier haben wir erst am letzten Tag bemerkt. Sonst hätten wir es selbst gekauft.
