Ich habe vier Nächte in der Wohnung gewohnt und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig, hell und sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist prima, ich habe nichts vermisst.

Awesome location, easy to reach by tram from the Hauptbahnhof. Shops, pubs and the canals and my friend's apartment is very close.
The communication was okay, it was easy to pick up the keys.
The apartman is big, clean and nicely decorated.
The bed was OK but not my favourite.
There were some tiles behind the faucet that had come off, that should be fixed.

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute Lage.
Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in dieser Wohnung nicht sicher gefühlt, weshalb ich mir kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen musste. Spätabends machten sich mehrere Personen von Aussen minutenlang und leider auch wiederholt am Türschloss zu schaffen. Vielleicht handelte es sich dabei um eine Verwechslung - Fakt ist jedoch, dass die Haupttür zur Strasse dauernd offen stand und die Schlüsselbox im Gebäude nicht verriegelt ist. Mein Sicherheitsgefühl war nach diesem Vorfall dahin.
Für den Vorfall kann der Eigentümer nichts, allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Schlüsselübergabe so abläuft, dass keine Missverständnisse auftreten und alle Türen jeweils wirklich abschliessbar sind.
Die Badezimmertür wurde (vermutlich von einem eingesperrten Hund?) stark zerkratzt und müsste ersetzt werden. Der Haartrockner weist geschmolzene Plastikteile auf, auch dieser müsste sicherheitshalber ersetzt werden. Die Matratze ist durchgelegen und deshalb unbequem.
