A restored 19th-century farmhouse, adjoining the owner's house and another gîte, with a 300 m² enclosed garden and terrace. Shared grounds of 2000 m² with an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5 x 9.5 m - open from June 15th to September 15th), pétanque court, volleyball and table tennis, and nearby walking trails (greenway and forest).
Ground floor: spacious living/dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: two single beds 90 x 190 cm, 2: two single beds 90 x 190 cm), mezzanine relaxation area. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, freezer, tumble dryer, baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: bed linen (beds made) and end-of-stay cleaning.
