Gîte adjoining the owners' house, a few meters from the Loire, on the edge of a departmental road, in the immediate vicinity of the Loire à Vélo cycle path and a market garden. Small terrace (facing South) not enclosed. Room for bicycles/motorcycles/trailers.
Ground floor: living room with separate fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 90x190, 2: 2 beds 90x200), kitchenette with attic mezzanine (2 twin beds 90x190), shower room/wc.
Equipment included: radio, wifi, complete baby equipment.
