The location was very good just behind Brewers Quay, lovely property with comfortable beds and a nice size garden. Lots of steps to property and quite steep steps in the property to the top floor bedroom, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.
Only one toilet roll in the property for 6 people for a long weekend, would expect spare for the time there and price paying. There were a couple of issues but these were sorted with a phone call. Would benefit from another toilet /bathroom as had to share just one bathroom.

tidy, well-appointed, quiet but central, car parking
unreliable broadband, TVs were dependent on it but kept on failing. smelt a bit of smoke when we arrived

Excellent location; nice kitchen; lovely garden; great views from the attic bedroom.
The property is lovely, but not a great welcome, pulling into the parking space and being greeted by all the ‘fly-tipping’ the neighbours seem to have being doing at the back (old mattresses etc). Also, at the front, their recycling was strewn across the pavement.

Great location, nice rear garden, good shower, clean and tidy. Great little key light on front door. Need get one for myself
Bit of TLC needed, looking Bit tired in places. Washbasin cabinet, twin room curtains dated. Unfortunately the Brewers Quay refurbishment and the front outlook isn't great. Nothing you can do about that hopefully in the future that will only improve. May be worth speaking to contractors to see if they can screen off works at all? Also next doors rubbish is overflowing and neglected so brings down the front entrance. Again out of your control but really not pleasant. The windy weather didn't help blowing around all the debris. Hopefully this is helpful feedback.
