The Warwick consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle, a living/dining room, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There are seven bedrooms: one super-king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; two doubles with TV; one double with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; two second-floor doubles with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; and one single with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The Warwick is a lovely base for exploring the Dorset coast. Please note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450 GBP. Note: Property may not be suitable for physically challenged people as there are no lifts, accessible toilets or accessible shower rooms. Please Note: There is a 3 night minimum stay on this property between 1st May and the 30th September and a 2 night minimum stay between the 1st October and the 30th April. Additional hot air blower (heater) for very cold day/night and a pedestal fan for a very hot summer day/ night are also provided. Steam iron for clothes with ironing table is kept on 2nd floor behind the door for guests to use. If the guests need any thing else, let the owner know, will attempt to provide. All rooms have got self locking doors, when you leave the room, please make sure that you have the keys of the room with you. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in rent. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
