A characterful property above Weymouth Harbour, just 300 metres from the fabulous harbour and town’s sandy beach, one of many popular stretches of coastline found in the Dorset Area of Outstanding Beauty.
The interior is bright and inviting, with an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional soft furnishings found throughout. The three-storey property enjoys an elevated position overlooking the Weymouth skyline with plenty to see from its second and third floors especially. There is plenty of space for guests on two legs and four paws to move around in comfort, particularly in the lounge/diner, which is the perfect place to unwind after a long day out. The kitchen offers a comfortable place for foodies to experiment with local ingredients. The property’s first floor has two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom, with harbour views through its bay window. The third floor is home to a twin bedroom which can be converted to a king-size bedroom. The enclosed patio garden is the perfect setting for morning coffees, al fresco meals and time with a good book.
The pubs of Weymouth Harbour (300 metres) are popular with many dog owners, while its beach is a huge hit with water sports lovers and sunbathers. The South West Coast Path runs through the town and offers a fantastic way to discover the local area on foot. The Jurassic Coast is blessed with stunning beaches and natural features, with iconic destinations including Lulworth Cove within 15 miles.
