Ground floor: kitchen/dining room/living room (oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, 2 ceramic hobs, toaster, TV), WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160X200 bed and 90X190 bed), shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Free WIFI connection, Electric heating (included in the rates). Private washing machine in the annex. The owners live on site. Private parking secured by remote control. Locked bicycle and motorcycle shelter. Garden available on the enclosed property. Sheets, towels, cleaning and heating included. Tourist tax not included. Non-smoking cottage. Sleeping for 3 people in the upstairs bedroom, if using the extra bed on the ground floor supplement of 20 € / night.
