Friendly and helpful host who spoke excellent English, communications excellant beforehand and on arrival. The studio was larger than expected on 4th floor of mixed use building, including doctor’s offices and other units. Serviced by a small lift. Keys provided for main entrance door at ground level and the self contained unit. Comfortable bed. Ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules included. Spacious shower cubicle containing good shower. Although on the main tram route, electric shutters made it quiet at night. A short walk to Kleber Square with bars and cafes, Mono Prix store (supermarket in basement), local markets and 15-20 level minutes walk to Petit France and the main train station for day trips to Colmar and a number of German towns.

Nothing really, if we were to nit pick, a local street map and tram information in the room would have been useful.

Cleanliness: New dishcloths and sponges would be appreciated since there is no dishwasher. The kettle, coffee machine and shower are old and heavily scaled . The owner seems to be saving a few Euros. There is not enough maintenance done in our view.

Location was perfect. Great for a short break

Access to apartment through bedroom. Seating could have been more comfortable.

apartment is quite small around 20-30m2. it is close by to marche du noel and other main attractions

place wasn’t completely clean, especially kitchen counter was dusty. Hot water in the shower stopped working during morning shower so we had to take cold shower and we got sick after that. I asked owner to come and check the temperature of water but he could come after / hrs which we already done with shower.
