Property is very central, comfortable and had the facilities we needed. Greater prominence should be given when booking to the requirement for a damage deposit and to sign a contract so it’s clear these requests are legitimate.
The flat really needs a full deep clean and a spruce up of walls and doors. Communications were impersonal and focused upon rules.

Location is tops, everything is walkable starting from railway station to cathedral. Petit France is stone throw away.

The location
The layout is strange to me, too many pillar, no long mirror. The bath tub is narrow, not suitable for senior. The bed is too low and too soft.
