Parfait télétravail-Tarif long séjour-Parking possible-Wifi

La veille de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un appel de Sandra qui nous informait d’un pépin mécanique avec la résidence que nous devions occuper. Elle nous a immédiatement rassuré en nous invitant à occuper un appartement supérieur et mieux localisé, aux mêmes conditions que la réservation initiale. Et elle a plus que tenu promesse. Nous avons connu un magnifique séjour à Strasbourg en raison de l’appartement alternatif qu’elle nous a offert, avec stationnement et situé aux portes du vieux Strasbourg. Le protocole de check-in et check-out furent aisés. Les communications avec Sandra furent rapides, claires et efficaces. C’est une hôte très attentive aux clients. Nous avons apprécié son service et son dévouement au plus haut point. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour des plus réussis.

Die Wohnung ist gross und sauber. Sie ist sehr ruhig, was ein grosses Plus ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern ist freundlich. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Zu Fuss ist man in 10-15 Minuten am äusseren Rand der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV befinden sich in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung liegt im EG und ist sehr dunkel, es kommt kaum Tageslicht hinein, was etwas "Keller-feeling" verursacht. Und sie ist zwar eigentlich sehr sauber, allerdings sind leider überall Kleidermotten an den Wänden zu finden. Man nimmt sie dann in den eigenen Kleidern im Gepäck mit nach Hause, sodass man nach der Heimreise stundenlang Massnahmen ergreifen muss um zu verhindern, dass sie sich auch im eigenen Haus ausbreiten. Obwohl ich mitgeteilt hatte, um 11 Uhr auszuchecken, hatte die Putzfrau, als ich gerade in der Garage war, die Wohnung schon vorher betreten und ihre Taschen dort abgestellt. Es war komisch, nach fünf Minuten Abwesenheit plötzlich fremde Taschen in der Wohnung zu finden. Insgesamt bin ich über das Preis-Leisgungsverhältnis nicht sicher.

The code we were given to open the door did not work. It took over 40 minutes to get a new code. When we originally called they refused to give us a new code and insisted we try the code we had again, despite us telling them it does not work. We tried again and the lock froze us out another few minutes for entering the wrong code too many times. When we were given a new code, it worked immediately. While there is a washing machine and drying racks , there is nowhere near the windows to put thy drying racks and we were hesitant to open windows, as it was ground floor, near trash and we saw rodents. The apartment photographs well, but there are too many throw pillows / fur blankets- that you shouldn’t use (can’t really be cleaned) and then there is nowhere to put them. I paid 20 Euros a night to use the garage, but the sign in the apartment says 10 Euros a night. They ask that we keep the building door closed, but we found it wide open numerous times
