“Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our exclusive newly built holiday home, in a quiet, green area in Neukirch. At the holiday farm Weber, we offer 3 fully equipped holiday apartments, in a charming location between Lake Constance and Allgäu.”
The 78 m² holiday apartment ‘Buche’ is located on the ground floor of the newly built holiday home. The light-flooded apartment, which is 5-star DTV classified, consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person and a single bed and a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an additional toilet. The apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine and a dryer. A highchair, a baby cot and a children’s bed are available upon request. The playground on the property makes this the ideal accommodation for holidays with the kids. Your spacious south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast here or a glass of wine while you enjoy the evening sun with a view of the Säntis mountain in Switzerland. A beautiful shared garden with a barbecue is also available for your use. The closest supermarket is an 11-minute walk from the property (850 m) and a selection of restaurants and cafes can be reached by car in approximately 5 minutes. In 20 minutes driving (16.8 km) you will reach the bathing beach of Kressbronn where you can cool down in the wonderful lake. Take advantage of the many leisure opportunities of the Lake Constance region and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
Parking is available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that additional costs may be charged locally for additional infants (under 2 years old). Please contact your host family Weber regarding this. The holiday apartments are classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV). The apartment is wheelchair accessible.

Pros: Die FeWo war geräumig, gut ausgestattet, große Terrasse mit Garten.

Pros: Aan alles was gedacht, zoals bv horren voor de openslaande deur naar terras. Heel comfortabel.
Het was gezellig ingericht . Ruim voorzien van servies, bestek, handdoeken etc.
Gescheiden afval goed geregeld.
Cons: Geen relaxstoelen op het terras voor "ouderen". Geen dvd speler.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit 3 FEWO. FeWo Buche war top. Ausreichend Platz, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller und kostenfrei nutzbar. Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Tolle neue Terrasse und Außenbereich neu angelegt, Grill vorhanden incl. Brennholz, Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden auch für die anderen Gäste der weiteren FEWO . Sogar eine Garage mit 2 Stellplätzen vorhanden. Kinderspielzeuge sowie Trampolin und Schaukeln auch. Lage ist ruhig mit super Ausblick, ruhige Lage mit recht guter Verkehrsanbindung. Gaststätten in Umgebung schnell erreichbar, ebenso auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht damit einen schönen Urlaub nichts im Weg steht. Jeder Zeit kommen wir wieder und können die FEWO bzw. das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, von Grill bis zum Kinderspielplatz, alles vorhanden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge, wie zum Beispiel einem netten Kaffee in unmittelbarer Umgebung, als auch zum Bodensee selbst. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
