We had clear communication from the owner. Lock box no fuss arrival. The property was spacious with everything we wanted and a bit more...It was light and airy, with lots of natural light. The owner had left leaflets for local places to eat and take aways as well as tourist info. and maps for places of interest. Brewery Cottage is situated in the heart of Abingdon and we loved walking around the local area. The outside space was a bonus with just a basic paved back yard, table and chairs Having the option to use washer dryer a plus if you take a messy crew, too!
A double parking space was very welcomed!
The back bedroom was lit up during the night by a nearby street lamp, so I placed a large towel over the blind (Just the job). So maybe black out blinds would make a 10/10.
Old fat left in the grill tray from previous renter. Just overlooked by the cleaner. Used the clothes, gloves and washing up liquid provided- 30 seconds and resolved!

The property was roomy, well-appointed, and comfortable. Great lounge with 2 sofas. Great kitchen area with all the equipment you need.
The radiators were extremely hot to touch even when the heating was turned down on the central dial downstairs.

Superb location. Excellent facilities. 2 Parking spaces. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Everything you could possibly want it need.

Very nice property and well located
Property in need of a deep clean and repairs. Dirty cups from previous occupants. Cooker and other items not clean. Broken drawer. Shower head needs descaling or replacing as water was spurting dangerously close to light fitting!
