For us, the location is great and very quiet. The parking space is very good. The flat is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and clean. The bathroom is functional and a good shower. The towels were good. The two bedrooms are fine, enough room for 4 people. The bed linen was fresh and clean.The WiFi worked well. There is a small supermarket, takeaway food places and a pub a few minutes walk away
The flat was not well cleaned. There were cobwebs and dust in many places, some mould on the shower and around the toilet, some toilet paper dropped behind the toilet. The dining table was marked and dirty. One of the additional blankets was stained. The bed frames are slightly wobbly and squeak when moving on them. If the flat could be cleaned more thoroughly then it would be a very good place to stay, but on this occasion the cleanliness let it down.

Spacious, modern, well built.
My bed was a little firm. I’ve got back problems so I struggled a little. The bed frame was also noisy too.

Parking was good and check in easy. Plenty of utensils.
Not very clean at all. Hair everywhere, grease all over the cooker and kitchen cupboards, bath and shower screen filthy! Some mould in bathroom. A door matt inside would have helped. Basics should be supplied even with the prior email warning that toilet roll wasn’t included. It’s not expensive and quite inconvenient if you were to arrive late. Not a problem for us but just a recommendation.

In a quiet convenient location with parking. Modern and clean, comfortable beds
Uncomfortable seating and lack of information about how to set the heating. Cold when we arrived and also when we got back at 9 in the evening. Managed to establish how to turn it on to constant but no idea of settings for timed heating. The furniture was very basic and the double bedroom really small. We opted for the larger twin room, but there were no bedside lights or tables in either of the rooms.
