Really good apartment: very roomy with two big living areas and master bedroom bigger than some apartments we've stayed in! It's very well equipped, very comfortable, has great a/c, outside terrace is wonderful. Location is quiet, just a 10 minute drive from the town centre and beach. Highly recommended and very good value.
The directions in Booking.com aren't quite right and you need the host to send through a more accurate link. An outside photo of the property would also help locate it.
Be careful as we did lock ourselves out, as the front door locks itself on closing and you need to leave the key in a socket inside to enable electricity. You go through the front door to get to the wonderful terrace - all a bit of an accident waiting to happen, but luckily the lady that lives underneath has a key to let you back in. I suspect she has to do that quite often!

Very nice and helpful host. The house is spacious, clean and well furnished/equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The views and outside sofas are perfect for relaxing.
Not easy to find via google maps etc. but the host kindly sent the location. More coffee and some English tea bags would have been great ;)

We booked it at 11.30 pm the appartement wasn't ready but the landlord might be the kindest person I've met in a long time. He made the best out of the situation made an 30min drive just to welcome us and clean it in such a short time. Its very cozy, clean, the place is just great!
I very recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great stay in Rhodes.
And not just that, he might be the greatest trip advisor as well. He gives you the best suggestions and really cares about you (his guests)
