SPLENDID SEA VIEW and RESERVED PARKING (about 100 m from the apartment).
New two-room apartment, 4th floor (with elevator) in the village of Marola consisting of: living room-kitchen area with double sofa bed (140x190), double bedroom (bed 160x190) with small balcony with panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets, bathroom and laundry area.
From all the windows you can see an excellent view of the sea-city.
Near the house there are: minimarket, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist, pub.
From the house you can go on foot to Portovenere, 5 Terre, Tramonti, Campiglia.
Under the house there is a bus stop that takes you, during the day, to Portovenere (every 30 minutes) and the stop for La Spezia (every 15 minutes) is about 50 meters away.
The "5 Terre" can be reached either by car (but be careful, parking on site is a problem and is expensive) or by train or boat.
The "5 Terre" can be reached more comfortably and quickly by train in 10 minutes (departure from the Central Station - possibility of purchasing a daily Pass) or by boat.
The apartment is only 4 km from the city center, 5 km from the embarkations for the islands, 10 km from Portovenere, 4.5 km from the train station to reach the "5 Terre".

Rosie and Antonio were amazing hosts and their property was great to stay in. They were accommodating and even offered to pick us up at the train station. They were very knowledgeable about the area and and went above and beyond to provide us with a beautiful tour of the area on their boat. The apartment was clean, air conditioned and was close to bus stops to visit La Spezia, Portoverne and Cinque Terre. We had an amazing time in staying at their place and it was a great introduction to this beautiful part of Italy! Thank you soo much!

We loved the apartment. Very clean. View was wonderful. Hosts went out of the way to inform us of bus stop, places to eat.

Appartement super propre, très bien située (bus, épicerie, tabac, pizzeria, petit dej..). Train pas loin pour les cinques terres.
Les propriétaires sont des personnes formidables, vous avez tout un tas de documentations sur la spezia et les environs. Ils vous explique tout. Parfait. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
