The view is lovely and the apartment is great.
We didn’t hire a car and it was a good 40 minutes walk into the centre and to a reasonably priced beach bar.
My daughter left some clothes in a drawer and despite having asked several times for these to be posted back to us, this has not yet happened.

Spacious, clean and bright apartments, very comfortable, with fresh renovations. The kitchen has everything needed for living—appliances, dishes, and a dishwasher.
We really enjoyed our staying there.

Lounge and dining area were of a good size with comfortable furniture. Dishwasher and fridge were both a good size.
The pool water was clean and a good temperature.
Marina was responsive via message with answering questions and provided more bedsheets and towels on request.
There is a lovely little beach 5/10 minutes walk away by Huma hotel but I would recommend hiring a car to make it easier to get around.
Apartment 2 was looking tired in places despite the apartments being relatively new. There were quite a few large marks and chips in the plaster work and paint peeling off the bedrooms walls which suggests a lack of care when the property was decorated initially. There was some masking tape still up at the ceiling in the space between the bedrooms (perhaps been there since 2019!) and the shower fixture wasn’t securely fixed to the wall. The apartment could have been cleaner and so too could have the communal areas around the pool and staircase.
The kitchen contained basic equipment but as we were there for 11 nights and wanted to use the self catering facilities to prepare food, we would have liked to have had more glasses, cutlery and chopping boards. There was also no toaster in the apartment despite the general description saying there was one.
Whilst Marina was very responsive when we asked questions and had issues (one of the single beds was very squeaking which kept my son awake but Marina organised for a service person to fix this on a same day we reported it), it would have been really helpful to have arrived to some general information on where certain things in relation to the property where such as the nearest bus stop, where waste should be disposed of, the nearest shops etc. It took several messages to Marina and a couple of days of being there to figure these things out.
Description says elegant balcony for alfresco dining but in reality the balcony for apartment 2 is tiny and there was not enough room for 4 people to sit comfortably and eat a meal. The table is too small to hold several plates and glasses. The furniture on the balcony was tired looking (see photo) and whilst we were there we looked out on two piles of rubble.
Description also says it’s a 20 minutes walk to Kotor old town but if you walk along the bay, which is more scenic and safer route than taking the main road, starting at Huma hotel it is 3km.
