Tesis konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde şarap ikram etmeleri güzel bir jest evin deniz manzarası çok güzel bütün adriyatik denizi görünüyor, kotora 5 dakika mesafede, perasta 15-20 dk mesafede direk ana yol kenarı olması, kendi otoparkı olması çok güzel bir olanak. Bir daha Kotor bölgesine gelirsem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim

Probably the best view from a balcony I have ever had. Stunning. The owner was so nice, she went above and beyond for us. The little outdoor area near the front is a beautiful shady spot to sit during the day. The kitchen is well equiped.
Well, I actually liked it, but others may not. The walk to all the attractions in town is about 30 minutes (a beach is close by though, only 5 minutes) but the walk is so easy and it all along the waters’ edge so very enjoyable. But the distance may not suit everyone, but there are plenty of taxis, and 10 euro from the bus station. There is also a nice supermarket half way which sell beers for 60 cent, so if you do walk, you can sit near the water and have half way break. The distance makes it quieter though.

Rooms are nice, comfortable, view is good, location is excellent if you have car not bad if you dont
İlk vardığımızda fazladan para ödeyip tuttuğumuz ön manzaralı oda değil de yanda kalan odaya yerleşmemiz söylendi. Ev sahibine itiraz edince ingilizce bilmediğini kocasını beklememiz gerektiğini söyledi sabrımızı sınadıktan sonra onu takip etmemi istedi büyülü bir şekilde İngilizce konuşmaya başladı bir anda ve yan odanın ne kadar iyi olduğunu anlattı, ödemesini yaptığım odayı istiyorum falan dedim o da rezervasyonu kendinisin kabul etmediğini sorunun bookingde olduğunu onları aramam gerektiğini falan söyledi... en son tamam dedim geçtik o odaya 2 gece sonra bizi diğer odaya taşıdılar ama gelirken önce havalimanında araba kiralamada kazıklanıp üstüne bunun denk gelmesi Karadağ'a karşı güven sorunu yarattı, tatilimizin ilk günlerinin stresli geçmesine neden oldu. İşin garibi hanımefendi haklıymış diğer oda belki de daha güzeldi :) Tesis zaten güzel bu işlere girmeye ne gerek vardı
When we first arrived to facility, the room we paid higher price to hire with front view was hired to another people, we complain about it and owner said she does not speak English we have to wait her husband after a time and some magic she began to tell us how good is other room in English and she blamed booking she claimed she never accepted our reservation. I was get lost some point and I said ok. After 2 days they changed our room. And funny thing is lady was right the side room with lower price was better :) When we first arrived airport we rent a car with 2-2.5 times of normal range then the first encounter like that make us to think twice to do anything in Montenegro and first days of our vacation was stressfull. The rooms are very good and we have nice contact with owner after a while. There was no need to first argue room things

Great location, beautiful views and a lovely sky blue bedroom.
The electricity and water would go off sometimes for very short periods of time. Not the worst that can happen, everything else was excellent!
