We chose this apartment thanks to the reviews and its quieter location compared to the center of Kotor.
It was an amazing experience! Very cozy apartment. They had everything needed for a great vacation.
The coffee, wine, and chocolate were a pleasant surprise.
The location is right by the sea with a stunning view, stores and restaurants nearby — everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.
I definitely recommend this wonderful apartment.

Hosts were very kind and available for any questions and very knowledgeable about the area and community having always lived in the area. Josit picked us up/dropped us off at airport for a fee which was very handy and took the stress out of the journey. There was a bottle of wine and juice for when we arrived, plus a coffee machine which was a lovely touch as it's so nice to sit outside first thing and enjoy a decent coffee. Everything was clean and in great condition. There was a supermarket and pharmacy a short walk away. Next to the supermarket was a place where you can get a takeaway pizza/other hot food and there was a bakery up on the main road that runs parallel. Views from our terrace were amazing and there was a covered area so we could enjoy the view even with some light showers. We enjoyed a swim in the bay where there was a private little jetty and some deck chairs provided. So glad that we choose Dobrata and not the old town to stay as it is more peaceful on the road that runs along the water with better views and some lovely places to eat. The walk to the old town was about 20 mins and although crowded it's worth seeing with beautiful buildings and churches. A bit further there is the bus station that has a shuttle to the cable car, an experience we loved with spectacular views and a fun ride on the roller coaster at the top. Overall an amazing trip and somewhere we'd recommended and visit again ourselves in the future.
Nothing about the property or stay was bad. There were mosquitos around and we had forgotten to buy spray but would have been easy to pick up from a pharmacy round the corner had we bothered. Maybe a device/candle or some kind to keep them away on the terrace would have been helpful, but there was no problem with them in the apartment because of the mesh on the windows.

Right next to the water, walking distance to market, restaurants, even old town Kotor if you want to walk for 30min. Very clean with everything you need.
You get to chill out by the crystal clean water where the kids could play and spot fish.
