We visited this property with my family and our parents on 4th July weekend. In our short stay we encountered a lot of maintenance issues as the age of the house is pretty old (not visible from pics). To begin with downstairs flush was not working and due to 4th July weekend this issue was not addressed until next day which was not good for our old party parents since that is the only bathroom on main floor. Upstairs bathroom did not lock, the house has capacity of 12 people but the water heater is so small that in 3-4 showers cold water comes n then others has to wait atleast 30-40 mins again for hot water, kitchen was very old n though equipped did not feel clean. So it was quite frustrating!!
Now some good things about our stay:
The house has a beautiful sunroom n deck with bbq n hot tub where we spent majority of our time. It also came with bikes which our kids enjoyed, it provided 9 SHARC passes (though listings says 10 passes available) but owner was happy to reimburse for 10th pass. Kids n parents enjoyed the time in SHARC pool even though lines were huge for checkin n even for food.
Overall we made most of our time even with some inconvenience.
