With room for 12, this gorgeous contemporary gives you and your guests loads of options for enjoying a stay in Sunriver. The heart of the home is on its second floor, where a spacious great room with soaring wood ceilings, large windows, inset lighting, a field-stone fireplace, giant flat-screen TV and leather sofas invite you to relax in style. The adjoining dining area features gorgeous tile floors and a large table, with additional seating at an elegant kitchen bar of dark granite.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, with all you’ll need for dining in. A barbecue on the back deck opens the menu to outdoor grilling, and there’s a dining table with umbrella for meals outside. A king suite on the second floor has its own balcony. Downstairs your guests can choose from four bedrooms, all with TV/DVD players: a king primary suite, a queen, a double twin and a bunk room with foosball table. A private deck with patio furniture and a hot tub gives you a quiet spot to soak at the end of your busy vacation days.

House was perfect for two families to share! Good size and nice bedrooms. The house needs a good deep clean though, inside and out. We had to text the property manager about the hot tub because when we arrived the water was disgusting looking and smelled awful. They were very responsive and did send someone out the next morning, which was nice. However, the water didn't seem much cleaner. It needs to be completely emptied and refilled. Inside was clean looking, but everywhere was very dusty, needed a good vacuum and the kitchen felt like there was a layer of grease everywhere.
