With 2,600 sq. ft of space, vaulted wood ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and central air, it’s comfortable year-round. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a second family room for indoor fun.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably seat 10, with a breakfast bar for 3 more. Step out onto the deck to grill on the gas BBQ, soak in the private hot tub, or enjoy the peaceful front deck with a table, chairs, and umbrella. Garage has a second refrigerator - allowing for additional storage of drinks or food. The home comes with 10 unlimited-use SHARC passes which provides access to the water park, pickleball court reservations, and boat launch — perfect for setting up a river float. Pack-n-play crib and high-chair seat included for families.
Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 12 guests:
-Upstairs: King primary with ensuite bath, Queen bedroom, and bunk room with 2 sets of twins. Shared hall bath.
-Downstairs: King bedroom and Queen bedroom with shared hall bath and full laundry. Additional futon and pull-out bed.
The home also features a double garage and large paved driveway. Pets are not allowed. A rental agreement will be provided to sign electronically prior to your stay.
